Will the 2001 toyota 4runner 3.4 heads fit on a
1992 toyota pickup 3.0 block

I have a 1992 toyota pickup 3.0 V6 and i want to put the head's from a 2001 4runner 3.4 V6 on my 3.0 block is it possible.
