Mercury Villager 2002

I have a 2002 Mercury Villager, it's not turning on, not
even boosted, no lights in dash come on, prior to this the
van was flickering all lights in the instrument cluster,
would not start, it did that until battery died, now it turns
on inside lighting, no instrument cluster lights and won't  
start, beeper works, no windows...
