I have a 2004 Mercury Sable SE

I just replaced ignition coils on my sable now it
won't go over 25 mph what else can be going on

It could be any number of issues with all the sensors on the engine tied into the computer controls. Have you had the car checked for trouble codes at a garage or auto parts store? What lead you to change the coils in the first place? Have you checked all connectors under the hood to make sure none of them have come apart?
