Hi there, I have not found an answer but they have a field engineer looking at the car. It has been there 15 days. Did you hear anything? Can you explain how it is shutting down? Is it when you are driving or when you are stopped? Thanks!

Thanks and it happened while driving. The dealer can't. Find anything wrong with it either.

I just purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The engine automaticslly shuts down when you have your foot on the brake - at a red light for example. The engine starts again when you tske the foot off the break. It saves gas and emmission fumes. Eco friendly. I think you can shut that feature off. You might eant to read the on-line manual from beginning to end. Good luck.

If it were only as easy as hitting the A button that sure would've been nice. However it happened when actually driving. They have so far replaced the PCM 2 times now.
