00 Corvette with weather damage to hood

This is my boyfriend's car and I'm trying to get this figured out so that I can
possibly have it fixed for his birthday. He's a new years eve baby. I don't know
how to explain it, high temp damage to the nose cover (he calls it the bra) o
just damage to the fiberglass..just going by what I've googled. Thanks for any
of your comments and help with this.

See if a car detailer can buff it out. If not you would have to repaint.
