Kia Niro media system

The tethering system with my Android phone has stopped connecting. I
changed the USB cable several times, updated my Android Auto App.
checked all settings on my phone. Cannot get it to work, so I am unable to
use navigation or listen to my music. The music won't go blue tooth either. It
just loads and loads and never finishes. It was awesome for a  month and
now it is just not working. Any ideas? Thanks

I had that happen with my Sportage. I had to delete all the phone profiles on the cars UVO system and re-add it.

Also to add to Randall 's answer try to restart your phone as well after reloading the app
