I had this problem all of a sudden on my 2015 Rouge . And I tried every solution I could find online and nothing worked. Finally today I took it in to the dealership and luckily for me my extended warranty covered a new radio. The parts guy said a new radio was 4000.00.

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until you see the Nissan logo. This will reboot the audio system. It worked for me

Mine has been doing this. Took it in the service department said they could do nothing unless it did it for them. Not sure what made me think of it but after it Happened several times I took videos...of proof. I even had it where we would get in the car from being in the store and the radio would be playing. Took the car back let them know how frustrated I was, they gave me a rental and told me they were looking into it. Got a call and said they are replacing the system!! The one guy mentioned that Nissan has had a lot of trouble with radios lately!!!

I started having this issue a week ago. I've tried resetting it and will work for a bit and all the sudden will go silent again, so I know is not the speakers. I've taken it to an audio shop but they just want to sell me a new stereo system. I'm thinking mine is some loose cable or something because it will randomly work. anyone have any idea, how can I check all cables aren't loose? or what exactly is the issue with mine

Just traded 2019 for 2021. The 9 speakers Bose system with sub sounds like 2 tin cans connected by a string. Went to dealer yesterday and the service managers has same car and same sound proving 2 cars can sound as bad as 1. Not satisfied. My 2019 could blow the windows out and 2021 can barely hear rear at 26 DB. What a joke.

I bought Nissan Rouge SV 2021 ( October 2021 ) I had same issue today - No bluetooth, no sounds but I can barely hear something playing, no voice command, the control panel or touch screen seems not responsive. Here's what I did how to fix it. Dunno if it has something to do with Turning On Power press it to 10 seconds whatever when you see the manufacturing warning that "This vehicle is or may not equip with such black, bla, bla then release it. Then go to setting delete your mobile phone, then add it again. It should go ahead pairing your phone again, make sure the phone is with you or inside your car. From your Phone: Tap "Bluetooth" and "My Rogue" should appear and accept it, then "Pairing Code" prompted afterwards, Accept. Everything should be back to normal : ) Thanks, Charlie Call me if you have more questions 504.237.0604
