Why am I given only 'Fair' when others are given 'Great Deals'?

I am posting a 2018 Honda Civic EX-L with 7000 miles.
I am only given 'Fair Price', but when I search other cars similar to mine, they
are given Great Deals.
Is it because I have a record of 1 accident? I would like to emphasize that
this was a real minor accident, when I had the car parked, someone scratch
the side doors, and I had it fix with the insurance company. It didn't impact
the engine or any part of the chassis. How can I have it appear as a Great
Deal?
