Why does my minivan seem to veer from one
direction to another when in making the smallest
movement of the steering wheel

Well, it's a twenty year old car. The suspension is probably worn out. Have it diagnosed; you'll likely be replacing several parts.

It just started one day which led me to think a part went bad but you're right even if it was one part I driven it like this for a while now so everything is thrown outta wack thanks even if it's not the easy fix answer I wanted lol
