2002 Mazda Tribute electronics gone wacky

A bad jumpstart knocked out my car radio, remote key access, and "tweeked" the guages.  What could be wrong and what should I do?

You might try disconnecting the battery this some times resets the computor dont worry about you dash displays going crazy for a moment it will sort it self out instantly

It is quite likely something got shorted from the bad jump start. Id recommend taking your car to a dealership. They will have all the necessary diagnostic equipment for your concern.
