OD light flashing and engine overheating??

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2003 Mazda MPV replaced fan module in November. This past weekend
temperature gauge flew up to HOT and O/D light started flashing. Pulled over
and popped the hood and the antifreeze was going crazy and a tube was
"bouncing" from the antifreeze to the fan area?? Drove van and temperature
gauge dropped all the way to COLD w/ O/D light flashing. Stopped at stop
light and when I accelerated, van jerked very hard when switching gears.
Pulled over and parked van, antifreeze totally gone. HELP PLEASE!!

I had a blocked hose going from the bottom of the reserve container to the radiator. 2000 MPV.
