I have a 2003 mazda mpv and I have an issue with the car where it doesn't want to go to the next gear

I have a 2003 mazda mpv and I have
an issue with the van when I
accelerate the transmission it doesn't
want to go to the 3rd gear and this is
only in the first time once it goes to
the next gear it runs fine but when I
turn it off and turn it back on it
happens again please help thank you

check the transmission control module

transmission kicks out of gear while driving & when you turn off / put in neutral start back up it goes good again / up til it kicks out..

I have a 2004 Mazda MPV minivan. Can anyone hlep with these questions? Power sliding doors have stopped functioning, will not operate using the interior buttons or the remote. 1st they began to beep constantly, but not work, doesn't matter if engine is running or not, car is in park etc. but still will not work.
