Hi I was wondering if water gets into the front
headlights of my Dodge Challenger intake
would it mess it up

It won't do the bulbs any good and the moisture will probably reduce the effectiveness of the lights.

It can short out the communications bus. We had a 2018 Ford Raptor in the shop with a cracked wet tail light that caused electrical corrosion and all kinds of strange seemingly unrelated electrical issues.
