My card was overcharged many times to sell my car

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I tried to list my car and purchase the sell my car option. My card was charged
4 times for $29.95 and then refunded 4 times for $29.95 Then charged $19.99
3 times. I was overcharged for the $19.99 twice and not charged for the
$29.95.
