2018 chevy traverse.

While I am stopped at a stop sign in my 2018 chevy traverse with my foot on
the break it feels like someone bumps me from behind?
Can you tell me what the problem is??

Your motor shuts off and then starts up again causing a rock/bump feeling. Just got a 2019 traverse felt the same thing noticed my tachometer went from stop to 1000 rpms when it happened. Hopefully this is the reason.
