The ignition accessory tone keeps beeping the whole time the car is running.

I notice the fan doesn't come on when the engine heats up. I figured it could be the coolant sensor or the thermostat so I changed them both but it still heats up.

the stereo stopped working,all of the fuses in the car and in the engine compartment are ok,at the same time the clock stopped working as well.Has the stereo got its own fuse at the back?
