When you recieved the requests, did you reply and not get a response? If so, it's likely that your email went into their spam folder OR they have simply not replied yet.

i was never able toview the request, go to in box ---then Forbiden sorrybut you cant go there from here--- go home . please help me so i dont lose this sale
