Valid buyer is in question

Received an email from a person wanting me to withdraw the advertisement,
wants to add $100 to the price as soon as it's withdrawn, will overnight a
cashier check drawn from a local bank and will make arrangements to get the
truck when it clears the bank.  Is this a scam?
