Wiring harness modification

I have a Ford explorer 2018 model police interceptor which
has problem in the dashboard wiring and the middle
console wiring has been totally damaged.
Is it possible to change and replace wiring of another ford
explorer 2018 which is full option wiring.

I would assume you could. But after you installed the new wiring harness and it still didn't work correctly, you would might have to employ some help from an automotive electrician. It's up to you how far you want to try to repair on your own.
