cant leave a real review

I am trying to leave a review and the site says I have not contacted the
dealership which is completely incorrect. I want to leave a review. How come
my information is not showing up, sounds like the dealership, (who has a two
star rating everywhere else is not reporting the bad reviews and or poor
customer experiences.

If you contacted the Dealer through Cargurus you will receive an email in about two weeks asking for your review. But if you contacted them directly, by telephone, for example, you won't be able to leave a review on Cargurus. Hope that helps! Jim
