2003 kia rio wagon can i put a air intake on with it being stock.

Asked by Chris Sep 03, 2020 at 06:15 PM about the 2003 Kia Rio Base

Question type: Car Customization

I'm wondering if i can put a cold air intake under the hood
of my car with it being mostly stock besides the timing
being advanced. I want my engine to be able to breath
better and unrestricted as possible. But at the same time
the engine bay gets hot as all get out and if the air intake
sucks up hot air i don't want it to cause power loss. I also
don't want to have to cut air vents as i don't have the money
to properly do it.
