My running lights dont work

I have a 1987 GMC c1500. My running rear lights are not
working but my frake lights do work. All bulbs are new
There are a total of 3 bulbs per for lights in each tail light. 2
running and 1 brake. Tell me what you guys might think be
wrong . thank you
