Runs rough

My truck has 305 engine, replaced 2
plug wires cause they were arching on
exhaust manifold, then it ran fine for a
couple weeks, then back fires and
rough running again, so replaced all
plug wires, still running rough and back
firing. What can be wrong now?

Try a complete tune-up (spark plugs . distributer cap , rotor button ) & use dielectric grease
