Hi guys I have a  Nissan elgrand E50   I’ve got
hardly any heat coming from the  blowers  it takes
so long for the heat come out the temperature
gauge is just above low  Temperature  and it stays
like that all the time   When you’re in traffic it does
go up to near on halfway and still no heat  can
anybody help

I agree. Also, after changing the thermostat, bleed the heater. With the engine running look for a bleed valve in the heater hose and open it until water, with no air in it, comes out. If there is no bleed valve then remove the top hose going into the heater and wait until water with no air comes out. Then top up the coolant level.
