Jeep YJ rebuild

Asked by Guru19R3L Aug 19, 2019 at 02:48 PM about the 1994 Jeep Wrangler S

Question type: Car Customization

I took the 2.5L out of my Jeep and I want to put a stronger engine, transmission and transfer case into it. I was looking at putting a Chevy 350 into it but there so much work that needs to be done. So I think that I'm going to put the Chevy 3.5L LZE into it. My question is can I direct connect an AX15 to the 3.5L or do I need to but an adapter plate/bell housing?

If this were my Jeep I would install a Jeep 6 cylinder engine which you can do with all factory parts.
