95 jeep cherokee crank no start/no spark

i have a 1995 jeep cherokee sport 4.0
Ive replaced cps, pcm, ignition coil twice now, the
camshaft/dustrubitor pick up. I was driving down
the road the other then it backfired and stalled out.
I pulled over and tried to crank it back up, it did for
about 10 seconds and sounded like it was sucking
air really badly, after 3 attempts of trying to get it to
crank up, it did not anymore. Had to get it towed
home and I am currently stooped on what i should
do now. Really need some ideas!!
