I have  98 jeep Wrangler sport with the 6cyl motor and automatic tranny. last year i went wheeling and after i got back on the road the transmision stop shifting after i had the tranny sumerged under water. i can shift from park all the way down to 2nd gear. is it possible that i need to do a tranny flush or is more internal

try changing the fluid and filter first,also check for bent leankages.
