Jeep liberty 2004 window

So my passenger side window we just replaced the  
motor but the window is a little out of alignment
and im not sure how to fix that

Take of your door panel and put it back on the track piece and see if that helps, if not get a new track for it and check the track arms to make sure one isn't broken or bent
