Horn/alarm beeps when I turn off the ignition

2017 Beetle purchased used today.  No issues at the dealership.  Got home
and decided to take a drive around town.  Returned home, shifted into Park,
turned key off and horn immediately started beeping.  Stopped after I
reinserted key and turned on/off again.  Restarted fo few minutes and then
repeated the procedure with identical result.  Horn/Alarm beeps after turning
off ignition.  Random idea...I trie the other key.  No horn beep...

Well I found the problem. Operator Error. My thumb was pressing the red panic button on the key/remote when i turned it.
