Car price incorrectly listed

Contacted the dealer, regarding a car on Car
Guru, and was told the price was incorrectly
listed. Do I have any recourse with this issue?

Your recourse is to buy from a different dealer, an honest one.

In theory they do have to honor advertised prices but there is all the fine print with the details and disclaimers. You have to take the price and the fine print together.
