2017 Hyundai accent rev limiter

Asked by thompsoncody3 May 06, 2019 at 02:05 PM about the 2017 Hyundai Accent SE Sedan FWD

Question type: General

I have a 2017 Hyundai accent I have done
alot of research and I want to get rid of my
rev limiter but I'm being told there is no rev
limiter and that the reason it seems like
there is a rev limiter is because there is fuel
cut at certain rpms which pretty much same
thing but how do I bypass this or how do I
get rid of this rev limiter ??????

You want to blow up your engine? There is no benefit to exceeding the redline unless you have done a lot of work on the engine.
