As listed in the owners manual, the 3.2L V6 with the factory installed trailer tow package the rating is 4500 lbs.

Gvwr is 5500 lbs for 6 cyl Jeep Cherokee latitude, then you minus 1000 lbs to compensate for passengers etc, 4500 lbs
