what means po073 reading and what i should do

P0073 Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit High Input. Could be a bad sensor or bad connection/wire harness issue.

is that why i have a engine light on all the time and cruise control light is fleshing ?

Subaru links the CEL and the CCL to get your attention when there is a problem.

The sensor is either unplugged from incomplete insertion and a subsequent bump or a bad one. Extricating them can be a bit frustrating, needing tiny screwdrivers and three hands, so let the dealer do it if under 3yr/36k. Otherwise DIY.
