You do not say what year the rear axle is but there is a good chance as the Ranger and B series trucks are the same truck under the skin.

My bad but they got ones anywhere from 98-04 ... I tried to swith other things like hubs an other things that didn't match

Pick one near your year and compare them to make sure it is the same.
