Why does my fan moto stops and comes back on himself in myour 2000 Isuzu rodeo6

The fan motor shuts off and would take come back on  at switch

It should be normal: once the engine cools under 220 degress (just a numer, it's different to some cars/motorcycles) it stops. After this temperature is surpassed, then it turns on again to cool the engine (the coolant). This is commanded by a switch on the radiator.
