Depends, do you have a buyers order? Ask the dealer what it means?
In Florida some dealers charge as much as $1k dealer fee. It's really dealer profit. There are fees required by law (DMV fees) and dealers usually overestimate the amount, pay it on your behalf, then send you a refund check for the difference (what you paid vs. actual) because many states do not allow dealers to mark up fees required by law.
What's the dealer fee for and is there a limit of what they charge
