Hello, I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler RHD and am trying to determine it's value for resell. It has 175,000 miles on it, however I have added a new engine and a new transmission to it. Any help on speculating a more accurate price?

Adding a new engine and transmission will not increase the value all that much. The rest of the vehicle has 175K on it. Maybe it will seller faster is all.
