Two separate issues, have codes checked at Auto Zone or other part stores offering that service, the temp sensor find a black tube or bulb looking thing behind the grill is it plugged in? If yes unplug it, does the temp chenge? If yes replace sensor if no have the body control module checked with a scanner
Since it is a 2017 is it covered under ford warranty
My check engine indicator came on. Plus the temperature reports 70 degrees regardless of the temperature outside
