were and how do i find and replace fuse after putting jumper leads on the battery and having the positive and negitive terminals around the wrong way

where do i find the blown fuse to replace

You can check the mega fuse - it's the big one. However you may have also fried a fusible link, which will look like a wire, usually found running to starter relay or alternator, google "fusible link" for your make and model car.
