over heating and leaking radiator fluid by large amounts.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It over heated and coolant and water was added and then on a short drive, it started
smoking again  (more like vapor) and then once it came to a stop all fluid came out and
there is radiator fluid built up on engine. Not able to drive it. Can anyone give me input on
what it may be? i would appreciate it so much!
