QX70 brakes?

Car kind of shakes when brakes are applied. New
rotors and brakes ?

Yes, that's a common problem with all cars. Rotors heat up and warp, then vibrate where brakes are applied. While replacing rotors it makes good sense to do the pads at the same time while it's apart. Yours are probably the original and are due.
