2001 Hyundai Sonata. Stalls when I put gas in.

When I put gas in, the car won't start right away and I have to lightly press the gas pedal for a few seconds.  It will stall the first time usually.  The check engine light is on.  It occasionally goes off only to come back on a few days later.  This occurs when I fill up or only a few gallons.  I believe it happens with gas cans as well, but not sure.

Is it possible see if you can have the code(s) pulled, you can have it done free at Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts. But I have a feeling your vent is blocked on your gas tank....
