Engine will not turn over.

I go to starts the engine but it won't turnover. Need help
please.

FIRST THING TO DO IS CLEA / SERVICE ALL BATTERY CABLES AND GROUNDS THEN CHARGE WELL IF NEED BE...K

The battery isn't dead though and everything works fine besides the fact the engine won't turnover

It has done this before where it won't start then I'll go back later and the engine will turnover.
