2006 Hyundai Sonata driver air bag light is on. error code is 1448. What does this mean?

The air bag light on instrument panel blinks off after starting car and then comes on and stays on.

B1448 is passanger side occupant calssification sensor defect.

Hyundai dealer here listed 1448 OCS MAT DEFECT on service invoice and that it is a history code. Tech cleared code and service invoice. On return home the driver side air bag light on intrument panel came back on.
