When it rains my civic acts up it doesnt
want to start when it does it runs rough and
I hear the cold air intake sucking alot of air
also black smoke coming from tail pipe
checked plugs and alot of black carbon on it
and its dry what could be the problem

Running Rich. Check/test/replace all you plugs & wires. Check Distributor cap for cracks or worn (my guess). Use Dielectric grease on all boots at the spark plugs. Change air filter if dirty. May need to clean the throttle body and some sensors.
