My 1992 honda accord won't start. When u turn the key nothing happens. Lights and everything else has power. I haves removed the starter and had it tested. It's good. All the fuses I can see are good. It's a manual 5 speed. Noticed when I took the key out the alarm was still going as if the key was still in it. Any ideas?
