Can Cargurus arrange delivery of a vehicle

Actually No, delivery is between you and the seller. Personally, I would check the vehicle out in person or have a third party inspection company looking it over like Lemonsquad. Deliver cost is on you. Check online for reputable shipping companies.

Nope. I would reconsider buying a Leaf since they have a very short range. Not too many people like them.
