Truck Wont Fire/Start

my 1988 GMC S15 Sonoma just died one day on the road while i was driving
it. It was like someone just unplugged my truck, & now all it does is turn over
but not fire. I have spark, but it seems like its not getting gas.What would
cause my engine to die like that while I was driving it down the highway, & how
or what can i do to find & fix the problem without breaking the bank?
