2013 Hyundai Elantra wont start

About a month ago I went to turn in my driveway
and my car was hard to steer and get into park
when I did it never started again it won’t turn over
or do anything until I hook up jumper cables then all
it does is click.

Sounds like Power steering pump has seized up remove belt and try to turn pump pulley by hand if will not turn it is seized up. Also with belt off try and start vehicle for a few seconds to make sure vehicle starts.
