Back seat middle buckle??

I had bought my first car at 15 (i'm 16 now) and it got here last month around this time. I was cleaning it after it had gotten here because it was very dirty and hasn't been drove in years, it was brought here on a trailer. There was leaves and sticks everywhere so I was cleaning and I realized I hadn't seen the middle seat belt receiver in the back seats. Is there a chance it doesn't have one or if it's there how do I find it??

You can always pull up the back seat if your curious. Perhaps you'll find some surprises under there too :D Good Luck!
